Inspiring women to believe in themselves, to be active, and to run strong in life!
Erica is the middle child in a family with three daughters, who were each very different. She was the active one and grew up playing soccer but never really ran just to run until college. After having her daughter, she felt like she needed to get more active to lose the baby weight and had a hard time finding a support group. Therefore, Erica is very committed today to providing support to others. Erica feels she learns her life lessons and grows spiritually through running. She is a firm believer that being active makes her a better employee, wife, mother and woman. She has a special place in her heart for new moms and wants them to know it is possible to be a committed mom and carve out "me" time, guilt-free. She earned a Master's in Business Administration and a Bachelor's of Science in Marine Biology but her real passion lies in fitness. She is the blog author of Life as a Running Mom, where readers will be able to follow the struggles of a running mom and get fitness tips with an occasional side dose of data analysis and conservation! Her goal is to live life to the fullest and to explore the world with her family through running.
