Just start now. Pick one thing to work on (say drinking water instead of soda) and make that a habit. Then pick something else. Strive for progress, not perfection. I also want people to know that you don’t have to be a runner to be healthy, there are so many activities out there and it's important to find what works for you.
Glenneth is a 42 year old female trying to get healthy through walking, cycling, trying to eat better and having fun. To date she has walked over 50 5ks and has more on her schedule.
