Jennifer is a newly turned 30-year-old who has recently found love in lifting weights! By day, she crunch numbers working in accounting, but by night you'll find her hanging out with the barbell. She recently completed the New Rules of Lifting for Women program, which she highly promotes for any new lifters. She is currently studying for her ISSA Personal Trainer Certification and hopes to be able to empower other women to get the same feeling of confidence she gets from lifting heavy.
