Move! Whether that means moving in group fitness classes, through outdoor activities or moving outside of your comfort zone with foods in the kitchen, the important thing is that you keep moving.
Jennifer is a PhD student who continually rediscovers her passion for all things movement-based daily as she is stuck reading and being in a very sedentary field. A self-proclaimed group fitness addict, Jennifer is an AFAA certified group fitness instructor and is also licensed in all things Zumba® (Aqua, Toning, Basic, and Zumbatomic®--Zumba® for kids!) and Flirty Girl Fitness Booty Beat. In an attempt to further challenge herself, Jennifer has recently picked up running and has found a love of mud runs and the extra challenge they add to the sport!
