Mindy Artze

Be unstoppable. Fear is a prison.
Mindy has been an athlete all her life, but when her life was turned upside down through a divorce, she stopped exercising. She lost her passion for fitness, and she lost the desire to take care of herself. She was too busy trying to be a single mom and working full time. She was depressed and allowed herself to get up to her highest weigh of 214 lbs. Today, her son is in third grade, and her hobbies involve all the sports that he is active in. They play catch and basketball in the front yard, and they have just begun running together. Mindy began working out after a six year hiatus in January. She loves to spend time with the girls (and a few guys) from the gym, running and doing races. She loves mud runs the most! She also loves interacting with people on her Facebook page and through her blog. She thinks it’s amazing to connect with like-minded people about something that she is becoming so passionate about and she is inspired by people who tell her that she inspires them. Mindy is also a sports fanatic. Watching or attending Rays games or Bucs games is a passion. Sports have always been a part of her life. Mindy realized that she didn’t want to be a spectator for the rest of her life! She wanted to be an active participant, so she decided to begin a journey that is changing her life!
