Natalie blogs at ThisMommyRuns. Natalie started running in January 2011, after her youngest turned one. Life is hectic for this stay-at-home mom and running was a way Natalie was able to find herself again. She has overcome many injuries that slowed down her training. She has since finished three half-marathons and is always looking for her next race. Fitness has become way of life for Natalie. Her days are filled with running, cross-training, weight-training and yoga. She will fit in a run any way she can and sometimes she can be seen pushing her two kids in their double jogger. Natalie is a wife and mom to two children (one girl and one boy). She has huge dreams of becoming a certified running coach and personal trainer.
