Sweet studio spotlight:The Bar Method Seattle Eastside

Supporting pediatric cancer research

The Bar Method Seattle-Eastside

If you live in the Seattle area, or if you're going to be visiting Seattle during March, you need to take part in The Bar Method Seattle-Eastside's March Madness event. Not only will you have the opportunity to take some of the top-rated fitness classes in all of Seattle, you'll also help raise money to support the Ben Towne Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation. For every client who takes 16 or more Bar Method classes throughout the month, $10.00 will be donated to the Foundation.

That may seem like a hard goal to reach, but you'd be surprised how much money you can help raise! Last September The Bar Method Seattle-Eastside hosted a Take 10 for Ben Challenge and was able to raise and donate $2,500 to the Foundation. The Bar Method owner, Luke Currier, points out that participating in the March Madness event will benefit you in the following ways:

  • You'll be making a difference in the lives of children
  • You'll become more energized and inspired
  • You'll have the opportunity to rediscover your sculpted arms, flat abs, long firm thighs and lifted seat
  • You'll have the chance to win a free month of Bar Method classes
  • You'll have the chance to win many other Bar Method prizes and special vendor gifts
