We're so glad you want to be featured as a Real Sporty Woman! Response and publication times vary, so please allow up to three weeks for us to contact you regarding your story. Writing Guidelines and Information: We ask that your answers provide a full (though condensed) picture of who you are as a sporty woman. This is an upbeat column, designed to help develop a culture of motivation and community on our website. Some of the questions are just for fun, so I sincerely hope you enjoy answering them! After receiving your submission, we will edit it for grammar and appropriateness, but we will not alter your overall content.

Photo guidelines: We ask that you submit at least one photo of yourself, with minimum dimensions of 620x300 pixels. You may submit up to 6 photos. Action photos and headshots are both acceptable. Please keep photos relatively modest and focused on the general content of our website: sports, fitness and athleticism. Bathing suits and sports bras are fine, but keep in mind that context plays a part - wearing a bikini during a game of sand volleyball? Great! Wearing a bikini while taking body shots? We'll probably pass.
